Cancellation PolicyAt Gand1 Solutions, we believe in providing flexible, commitment-free advertising services. Below is a clear outline of our cancellation and refund terms:

Contract Terms
‍Month-to-Month Service:
By default, all advertising plans run on a month-to-month basis.Long-Term Contracts (Optional):
If you prefer the stability of a longer-term agreement, we can create a custom contract for 3, 6, or 12 months—just let us know.

How to Cancel
‍Submit Your Request:
Email info@gand1.com or Submit your request through one of our formsat least 7 days before your next billing cycle.
‍Confirmation:
We’ll confirm your cancellation in writing within 2 business days.Service End Date:
Your service will continue through the end of your current billing period; no further charges will apply.3. Refund Policy for Creative Design WorkWe stand behind the quality of our custom ad creatives. If, after giving it a fair try, you’re not satisfied, here’s how refunds work:
‍Trial Period:You must have run the creative on-venue for at least 1 Month to evaluate its performance.
Revision First:Before issuing any refund, we encourage a revision cycle. Our designers will work with you to tweak messaging, visuals, or targeting at no extra cost. You can request up to 2 rounds of revision within your initial 30 day trial.
‍Refund Eligibility:If, after revisions, performance remains unsatisfactory, you may request one full refund of the creative design fee. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within 10 days of completing your second revision.
‍Exclusions:Refunds apply only to the one-time creative design fee—not to monthly advertising fees.

Schedule Changes & Pauses
If you’d like to temporarily suspend ads without canceling entirely, let us know 7 days before your next billing date.
‍Restarting:
